Middle Minutes Adoration

Knowing where you are — knowing where God has you — makes it easier to embrace it.

The simple act of asking God for His assignment for me in the in-between time shapes how I approach it. I can bide my time — distractable, easily irritated, daydreaming about what’s next rather than being present — or I can place my hand in His and say, with my mind and focus, “I want to be all in with You, right here.” It may not look all that different in hours or days, but it makes a difference inside the minutes.
