Everything is subject to You.
All objects of darkness and light lie waiting for the day when they will not only be revived but, once again — unspoiled.
Your hand doesn’t just extend a touch, it heals. And healing means restoring to its original intent. You are always working restoration.
I adore You, Father who loves with His touch that heals. I worship You, God of ever-regeneration.
You reclaim me. Not just part of me, but You have come to salvage even the pieces of me that I’d like to (subtly) slide underneath the carpet for fear of what their exposure might do to them. Those are Yours too. I suffer loss at the hands of my own flesh and yet You continue to promise gain.
I am always a babe in You, fresh to receive Your imprint.
You have put Your seal on me and Your pursuit answers my deepest craving: to be made new, to be made You, to have Your righteousness written over all of me that is wretched.
Nothing is beyond Your reach.
I adore You, Father, who doesn’t just make “new” of me but invites me to behold the new — not only in me — but up-springing around me.
I receive new vision when I look at You and I see through the eyes You offer me.
Father, You are always reviving. Every stale way in me that tarries has this deposit of Your Word that it, too, will be made new. And it’s here, in this waiting, that You teach me to behold.
You train me to see Beauty when I wait on the beauty You bring forth. All of life is a rhythm around Your new.
I worship You, Father who wraps His arms around my lack of understanding and gently leads me to see all this new.
